The Heat/Cold Supply and Associated Pipeline Project for Shijiazhuang Tatan International Commerce City and Tatan Manor Using Reclaimed Water from Shijiazhuang Qiaoxi Sewage Treatment Plant is undertaken by SPC. The project provides heat source in winter and some cold source in summer for buildings in Shijiazhuang Tatan International Commerce City and Tatan Manor. It supplies heat source in winter to all buildings of Shijiazhuang Tatan International Commerce City and Tatan Manor, with a total heating area of 1,760,000m² and cold source in summer to commercial complex, with a total cooling area of 635,666m².
