The company has specially developed a flue gas dewatering technology for areas rich in coal and less water. This technology makes use of the principle of different saturated partial pressure of water vapor in saturated clean flue gas at different temperatures, through direct and full contact heat transfer between low temperature circulating water and saturated clean flue gas. While reducing the flue gas temperature, some of the water vapor in the flue gas condensed out. In the heat transfer mode, the two-stage heat transfer mode is adopted to realize the heat transfer of the net flue gas. The first stage in the water removal device: the use of low-temperature circulating cooling water and high temperature saturated flue gas direct gas-liquid mixed heat transfer to achieve saturated clean flue gas cooling and precipitation of condensate. The second stage: after endothermic high temperature circulating water and air cooler (can also use other heat transfer cold sources, such as heat pump, etc.) for heat transfer, using gas-liquid tube bundle indirect heat exchanger to achieve circulating water cooling. After SPC flue gas dewatering system is put into operation, the water consumption of wet desulfurization system can be greatly reduced, and great economic benefits can be produced in areas with serious shortage of water resources.
